Mechanical Services

Drum service, gearbox repair, brake system (holding and service brakes), hoist motor mounting, and full rebuild of hoist units — including load testing before recommissioning.
Wire rope inspection to standards, with condition documentation. Rope replacement using correct construction and lay direction, correct termination (splices, wedge sockets, swaged sockets), and post-installation load verification. Wire rope is often the first place a crane fails — we treat it accordingly.
Slewing bearing inspection, backlash measurement, lubrication service, slew motor and brake service, and complete slewing ring replacement when required.

Structural repair & repainting of telescopic & lattice boom sections. Corrosion removal, weld repair, primer & multi-coat industrial paint system application - to a finish that stands up to Eastern Province conditions.
Cab repair & refurbishment
Operator cab straightening, glass replacement, control-panel refinishing, seat replacement, & full interior repaint. For mobile cranes, this includes carrier cab work as a separate discipline from operator cab.
Chassis & carrier refurbishment
Full chassis strip-and-refinish for mobile cranes going back to fleet service or being prepared for resale. Anti-corrosion undercoating, structural spot repair, and complete carrier repainting.
Anti-corrosion coating (critical for port cranes)
Salt-laden Eastern Province coastal air destroys standard crane paint. Our industrial coating program - sandblast to SA 2.5, epoxy primer, polyurethane topcoat - is the same specification used on offshore structures. Essential for cranes serving Dammam, Ras Tanura, Dhahran port & industrial zones.
